*Overview*
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Duties*
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office files and records
- Assist with general office tasks insure office area and optical is clean and organized.
- Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Prepare patients to see the doctors by performing a variety of pre-testing tasks.
- Handle inquiries from patients with courtesy and professionalism
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with optometry office procedures is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
