Your main tasks will be:

Communicate with ocean carriers and ensure the release of goods

Follow up with our agents
-
Transmit required documentation related to container arrival to suppliers, customs and customers (delivery tracking
-
Manage documents (collect information from agents and customers, classify, manage consolidations)

Process invoices (review and approve invoices, prepare final invoices to customers, etc.).
What we are looking for:

Is comfortable speaking English and French to communicate with our customers and colleagues across North America.

Has similar work experience

Is attracted to customer service

Knows the Office suite, Outlook, Teams, Cargowise

Is positive, proactive and responsible
