The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation including: budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, implementation and ongoing success of retail and marketing programs, catering services, and branded concepts. The General Manager must be prepared to work week days and sometimes evenings and weekends

Lead day-to-day arena/restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise, coach, and support service teams
- Manage scheduling, payroll approvals, and shift operations
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate service priorities
Monitor service standards, HSQA, and operational readiness
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain positive guest relationships
- Support inventory management and operational systems (POS updates, supplies, equipment)
- Partner with F&B leadership to maintain high performance and team culture
