Traffic Control Person (TCP) & Lane Closure Technician (LCT)
Vancouver & Lower Mainland, BC
Lane Guard Traffic Control is a fast-growing, women-owned traffic management company proudly serving construction, utilities, municipalities, film productions, and infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland.

We are now hiring experienced TCPs and LCTs for full-time and part-time positions.
Available Positions
Traffic Control Person (TCP)
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements
- Valid BCCSA TCP certificate
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to communicate clearly with crews, drivers, and equipment operators
- Own vehicle preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract an asset
Duties
- Direct and control vehicle, pedestrian, and construction traffic
- Maintain safe work zones
- Work closely with LCTs, site supervisors, and operators
Lane Closure Technician (LCT)
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements
- Valid BCCSA LCT certificate
- Valid driver’s license & clean abstract
- Minimum 1 years TCP/LCT experience preferred
- Ability to complete FLHAs and implement/modify Traffic Management Plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Duties
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control layouts
- Operate company vehicles and arrow boards
- Implement and adjust TMPs on site
- Supervise and mentor TCPs
- Act as site lead for traffic operations
