Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of construction and building codes. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR AN ENGINEER.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any issues
- Prepare inspection reports on advanced software for the company clients
- Communicate with the clients about the findings of the inspections.
- Assist other inspectors in the company with team projects.
Skills
- MUST be certified with a Canadian or Ontario based Inspector Association
- MUST have passed the Carson Dunlop or equivalent college course in the last 5 years
-Previous experience in the inspection industry is a plus
- Experience in construction inspection is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- MUST be an Ontario resident.
- MUST be proficient in the English language.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
