Dream Nannies & Caregivers is recruiting on behalf of a warm and caring family in Richmond, BC.
The family is looking for a patient, compassionate, and caring nanny to support their 8-year-old daughter, who is on the Autism Spectrum.
The ideal candidate is warm, playful, reliable, and patient, with the ability to build a genuine connection and trusting relationship with the child.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and ensure her safety
- Provide warm, patient, and compassionate care
- Prepare simple meals as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, with verifiable professional references in Canada
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Reside in the Greater Vancouver area
Position Details
Hours: 35–40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Wage: $28–$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Start Date: As soon as possible
Occasional weekend support may be requested, but weekend availability is not required.
