Powerful Moments is looking for an Wedding Coordinator to join our team to begin taking on wedding coordination clients for the 2027 season. We are looking for someone with experience as a wedding coordinator or wedding day assistant experience ready to move into being the lead coordinator. If you get lit up about bringing big ideas to reality and celebrating life’s moments in style, we want to hear from you!
Preview of the Job
- This is a contract position, you will be taking on your own wedding day coordination clinets under Powerful Moments Events.
- You will have access to documents planning tools and systems set up by Powerful Moments Events.
- On the wedding day you will be overseeing everything. Setting up and taking down décor, liaising with vendors as the on-site point person, confirming schedules and orders, and handling every detail with an eye on overall logistics
We are looking for experienced planners and coordinators who can confidently support clients from planning through execution while delivering the elevated experience Powerful Moments Events is known for.
You may be a wonderful fit if you are:
- Experienced in wedding planning, coordination, or events
- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
- Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure
- A clear and professional communicator
- Passionate about creating remarkable client experiences
- Able to work collaboratively with vendor teams and venue partners
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts with grace
- Polished, professional, and client-facing
- Available to work weddings throughout Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and surrounding areas
