We have an exciting new career opportunity for a team oriented individual who will be responsible for contract coordination and performance management of a new on-demand public transit service for the Town of Okotoks. Additionally, you will develop and monitor contract deliverables and ensure services and standards meet contractual requirements through on-site inspections, process audits and resolving concerns that may arise from the contract or customers.
We are looking for someone with a post secondary degree in a related field such as Project Management, Transportation Planning, Land Use Planning, Transit Network Planning or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 5 years related experience. The successful candidate will require strong knowledge and experience in the areas of equipment and vehicles used for transit services as well as Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build a solid relationships; interact positively and work confidently with staff at all levels and the public.
