Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Advocate for our Mississauga location. As a customer Service Advocate you will as the primary contact for contract customers within the service support team. You will ensure service delivery aligns with contracts, manage key customer relationships, drive process improvements, and support business growth and customer satisfaction. It also involves aspects of sales liaison, project management, and internal communication facilitation.
What You'll Do:

Act as primary customer advocate and collaborate with business teams to improve performance and profitability.

Analyze accounts, manage escalations, and lead corrective actions.

Coordinate service delivery with third-party providers and internal teams.

Prepare contract renewals, presentations, and financial analysis.

Audit customer billings and payments to ensure accuracy.

Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage relationships between XRAY RECLAIM and channel partners to ensure seamless service.

Lead special projects related to contract customers to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, operations, logistics, or a related discipline preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered

Excellent customer service orientation, strong analytical and reasoning abilities, combined with robust project management and coordination capabilities

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), possibly bilingual in French

Assertiveness and confidence to manage client expectations and internal teams

Reporting and analytical skills to monitor performance and trends

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments

Problem-solving skills, especially in managing supply chain or process delays
-
Willing to work five days onsite at the Bolton office.
