We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Intern to support senior leadership in building AI-driven tools, automating workflows, improving efficiency, and modernizing decision-making across the business.

What You Will Do
You will work directly with management to:

Build & deploy internal AI tools to support HR, safety, project controls, and admin processes

Develop AI-powered automations to reduce manual work & streamline communication

Create internal chatbots or retrieval systems for policies, manuals & documentation

Assist teams in implementing AI solutions in day-to-day operations

Research AI use-cases that deliver measurable value in construction & heavy civil environments

Prototype tools using Python, APIs, automation platforms (Zapier/PowerAutomate/etc.)

Evaluate LLMs, compare tools, run small pilots & present findings to leadership
Your success = producing working solutions that reduce admin time and increase clarity & speed of decision-making.
Technical Strengths

Experience with AI/ML, prompt engineering or LLM applications

Python, data handling or automation experience (nice to have)

Understanding of machine learning workflows or cloud tools

Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, API integration, or RAG systems
Soft Skills (equally important):
