Key Job Elements:

Lead bid and proposal process through the organization for OWSS Tasks

Assume project leadership for the execution of awarded Tasks
-
Monitor, coordinate and report on task activities within the scope of the task to ensure on time deliverables, performance to schedule and budget
-
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to facilitate effective task execution
-
Liaise between various multi-disciplined teams in support of task objectives
-
Coordinate and track all task deliveries to customer
-
Act in a supporting role to the team lead on Program(s) Forecasting
-
Lead progress meetings with internal teams, coordinating resolution and follow up on technical or programmatic issues
-
Develop and maintain reporting/presentations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
-
Support managing risk elements of the tasks
-
Prepare contractual correspondence; including, meetings minutes/presentation material
-
Track monthly performance reports and take appropriate action, as required
-
Exercise a mindset of continuous process improvements and identify opportunities for cost savings
Required Qualifications:
-
University Degree or College Diploma
-
Minimum 3-5years relevant experience
-
Good communication and presentation skills with advanced skills in MS office applications
-
Ability to manage multiple activities and effectively interact with functional groups
-
Ability to travel (10% Cdn, 5% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
-
EVMS and Bid-X experience
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP designation, or working towards
-
Project Management experience
-
Familiarity with GDLS-C processes
-
Familiarity with various functional areas
-
Related customer experience
