You as a Data Analyst (Insight and Analytics) will:
Collaborate with product development teams to influence the delivery of data-driven products by undertaking data-stewardship and data-analytic activities;
Drive the continuous improvement and overall state of data management across the organization by participating in metadata, master-data, and stewardship initiatives;
Create informative visualizations (dashboards) and reports that intuitively displays large amounts of data and/or complex relationships;
Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs of internal and external stakeholders;
Leverage your: knowledge of quantitative methods; expertise with data analysis tools and techniques; and advanced analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data;
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify new sources of data; assist with the development and implementation of data collection systems.
Is this the right role for you?
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent. Plus 2-4 years of relevant work experience as an analyst or equivalent;
Working knowledge of construction-related best practices and processes;
Familiarity with agile methodology (scrum);
Demonstrated experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches;
Knowledge and experience in the following:
Business Intelligence Tools (DundasBI, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);
Statistical analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, or Python);
