As a Ski Lift Service Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering maintenance, inspections and repairs of mechanical and hydraulic systems at customer sites, primarily ski resorts. You’ll rotate through emergency response duties with your team, generate qualitytechnical reports and serve as a trusted partner to our clients.
Job summary
Mechanical maintenance and service

Carry out inspections, maintenance and repairs on installations in accordance with current standards.

Identify, document and correct anomalies detected during inspections.
Customer support and emergency management
-
Respond to customer emergency calls and intervene promptly to solve mechanical problems.

Technical services agreements and follow-up
-
Conduct technical research into specific requests (non-standard modifications, technical innovations, etc.).

Collaborate with project managers, engineers or site supervisors during customer interventions.
Quality assurance and after-sales follow-up
-
Perform inspection service to ensure conformity of installations.
-
Participate in the management of deficiencies and post-delivery warranties.

Contribute to various customer service programs by providing appropriate technical assistance.
Write and archive intervention reports, while keeping customer requests up to date.

Apprentice
-
Certificate from an accredited Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) training program, or current enrollment in one.

Accredited certificate from an industrial training institute.
Journeyperson
-
Red Seal certification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), or an equivalent credential in Industrial Mechanics from an internationally recognized training authority, required.

3 years of experience in a similar field role.
