Overview
We are seeking a Journeyperson Plumber who is skilled and versatile in mid to high end renovation and construction work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential plumbing. This role will predominantly perform work for our mid to high end customers completing repairs, remodeling, and fixture installations. You will suceed in this role if you have a high attention to detail and deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.
Duties
- Perform plumbing demolition, repairs, retrofit, and remodeling tasks in residential projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, identify design issues, and work through solutions
- Work alongside our Project Coordinator to ensure high quality plumbing
- Conduct site inspections to assess project needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to ensure specifications are met
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot systems effectively
- Proficiency in residential plumbing and construction practices
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and equipment operation
- Valid drivers license
