Overview

MediSolution, a division of Harris Computer, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer. S/He will collaborate with other software developers, Client Services Team and managers to develop and maintain our enterprise solutions.

The incumbent will be responsible for keeping track of and adhering to project schedules and delivery dates, and for consistently delivering on-time and to specification throughout the software lifecycle, utilizing agile methodologies.

Additionally, the incumbent will participate in product design, bug verification, release testing, and beta support on applications software projects which may require research and analysis, and s/he will also provide third-level support.

The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and self-motivated problem solver with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously. In addition, this strong communicator requires a proven ability to articulate ideas. S/he will possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong interpersonal skills, solid judgment, and the ability to work successfully in a team programming environment throughout the analysis and development process.
Details

Responsabilities:
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and enable collaboration with the other departments as required;
Gather and/or Participate in the definition and analysis of user requirements and recommend improvements to current business solutions;
Collaborate with team members to estimate development tasks;
Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring compliance with development best practices;
Participate in various phases of test development cycle (unit, functional, integrated, acceptance);
Effectively collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve defects;
Provide third level support for resolving production and customer support issues;
Actively participating in continuous process and standards improvement by utilizing root cause analysis and change proposals;
Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities using effective judgment for prioritizing tasks and allocating time.

Must have:
A track record of developing commercial enterprise applications in .NET platform;
Strong database design skills, preferably using SQL Server;
Experience in developing web services (WCF, WSDL);
Able to independently design and code add-on features to existing code base;
Experience in web development skills using ASP.NET, MVC, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, SOAP, REST and AJAX;
Strong full stack (front-end and backend) development skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Knowledge of secure coding practices and principals;
Strong knowledge of OOP;
Experience in performance tuning;
Passion for driving automation into how software development and delivery is done.

Test Driven Development
Using Dependency Injection, IoC (Unity, Ninject, AutoFac)
Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Using hybrid programming languages
DevOps / CI/CD tools
Scalable software design and development
JavaScript front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular
Mobile application development using Xamarin
Developing Payroll, HR and/or financial products
Reporting tools such as SSRS or Crystal Reports
Using ORM
