Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part Time Floral Designer 2-3 days a week with flexibility. We are looking for someone with previous floral design experience in a boutique, high-end floral shop, floral studio, or equivalent professional environment.This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft stunning floral designs while engaging with customers in a vibrant retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring passion, creativity, and excellent communication skills to our team.
Our candidate has a strong design eye, understands elevated floral work, and is confident creating beautiful, thoughtful designs while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
This is a team position, not a design-only role. While floral design is a major part of the job, everyone on our team contributes to the day-to-day operation of the shop. This includes helping customers, processing and caring for flowers, maintaining and organizing the workspace, cleaning, merchandising, wrapping orders, receiving product, and pitching in wherever needed.

- Willingness to participate in all aspects of running a busy floral shop
- Availability for 2–3 days per week, including some weekends
- Availability during peak floral holidays and busy seasonal periods
