Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities to promote healing and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and home exercise programs
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment adhering to infection control standards
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region
- Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to physiotherapy
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards diverse patient populations
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
