Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops (Bok-Choy, Cabbage, Other Leafy Greens)
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment (Tractors)
- Heavy Lifting (~40lb)
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Sorting and packaging harvested produce
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience working on a farm or in agricultural settings involving leafy field vegetables is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in farming operations
