We are currently seeking a special person to work as a supervisor in one of our already established programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and tailoring an individualized support program for a single person with complex needs. This involves managing their Individual Support Plan, supervising their dedicated support workers (team of 6-8 workers).
Core Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and scheduling direct support professionals to ensure continuous, 1-on-1 care.
- Program Oversight: Designing and monitoring the Individual Support Plan (ISP) to foster independence, life skills, and community integration.
- Funding & Administration: Managing the individual’s direct funding, tracking budgets, and overseeing payroll for the support staff.
- Clinical Collaboration: Liaising with behavioral therapists, medical professionals, and case managers to ensure behavioral and medical needs are safely met.
The successful candidate must posses the ability to build a trusting relationship with the individual residing in the program, learn to advocate for the individual and be able to assist the individual with communicating their needs on a professional level to all those involved.
Candidates must possess effective social skills to be a positive role model for the individual and staff team and have a strong level of familiarity with residential programming and assessment skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with recordings and reports.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
