We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team in Leamington, ON.
This role is key to ensuring our plants — and our products — thrive from seed to store.
What You’ll Do
As a General Labourer, you’ll help bring our plants to life by:

Inspect cannabis flower for quality concerns such as disease, pests, mold, and trim quality.

Hand-trim flower when additional trimming is required to meet specifications.

Sort cannabis flower based on quality and production needs.

Assist with blending, packaging, and other post-harvest activities as required.

Support manual and automated trimming operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow company procedures and all health and safety requirements.

Assist with other post-harvest tasks as needed to support daily, weekly and monthly goals
Working Conditions

Frequent handling of cannabis products and materials.

Repetitive tasks involving both manual work and visual inspection.
-
PPE is required in designated areas, PPE includes hair nets, booties, gloves, and lab coats.
What You Bring
-
Education or experience in horticulture, agriculture, manufacturing, or a production environment is considered an asset; however, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment as part of a small, collaborative team.

Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and shared goals.

Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.

Strong visual acuity and attention to detail to accurately identify and assess plants, products and materials.

Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while completing detailed work requiring precision.
Schedule
-
Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM and working until production goals for the day are completed.

Current shifts may run as late as 6:00 PM while we work through the backlog. Once operations stabilize, shifts could be closer to 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Saturday work may be required based on operational needs.
