We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing information about products and services, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer information through timely data entry.
- Assist customers with product or service questions and help resolve routine issues.
- Process customer requests according to company procedures.
- Document customer interactions using internal systems.
- Provide information about products and services when appropriate.
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate data entry and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
- Experience using CRM software is an asset.
- Bilingual English and Spanish language skills are an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $75,000.00-$86,000.00 per year
