About Powerhaus
Powerhaus is a high-energy, science-driven training studio in the heart of Westboro. We’re not a big-box gym. We’re a close-knit team of experienced coaches who are deeply committed to helping clients feel strong, capable, and confident. We specialize in strength-based group training, personal training, and community-building - and everything we do is centered on results, human connection, and excellence without ego.
Our trainers don’t sell. They coach, lead, and inspire.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced trainer who can coach high-quality group fitness classes and deliver outstanding 1-on-1 personal training sessions.
This is a chance to step into an environment that celebrates technical expertise, coaching leadership, and authentic relationships — without pressure to hit sales quotas.
The position is part-time (weekends) but has the potential to grow into a full-time position.
What You'll Be Doing
Group Training
- Lead high-energy, results-driven strength-based classes (not choreographed or cookie-cutter).
- Foster an inclusive, motivating, and safe environment for members of all fitness levels.
- Provide coaching that is both technically sound and deeply engaging.
Personal Training
- Design and deliver personalized fitness plans that align with clients' goals, movement patterns, and lifestyles.
- Conduct assessments and track progress with intention.
- Build strong relationships that support long-term success and retention.
Small Group Specialty Training
- Opportunity to develop and lead your own specialty programs based on your expertise (e.g. kettlebells, athletic development, mobility, rehab)
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: Minimum 3 years coaching individuals and/or groups with proven expertise and experience in fitness & health related positions.
- Credentials: Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP, NSCA, CPTN, or Kinesiology degree preferred).
- Specializations in mobility, injury prevention, athletic training, or nutrition are a plus.
- Coaching Presence: You bring confidence, charisma, empathy, and professionalism.
This Role Is For You If You...
- want to focus on coaching without having to sell or hustle for clients.
- are excited to work in a collaborative, ego-free studio environment.
- know how to light up a room with your energy and presence while keeping movement standards high.
- thrive in a place that values both technique and care, and you take pride in being both a skilled coach and a trusted guide.
Why Join Powerhaus?
