Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Renovation Team Member to join our construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of building and remodeling, with a focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to complete residential and commercial renovation tasks efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist in demolition, drywall installation, and finishing work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Roofing experience for repairs
- Installation of exterior metal work
- Apply caulking and restoration techniques to improve building aesthetics and durability
- Must be proficient in Roof Repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
Skills
- MUST be proficient in roof repairs and metal work/ not afraid of heights
- Experience with hand tools, power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Prior construction experience is preferred; training will be provided for specific tasks as needed
- Valid Drivers license mandatory
