As a Human Resources Advisor, Recruitment, you will partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Managers to identify and provide full cycle recruitment services. You will be responsible for candidate attraction, management of the selection process, the hire and pre-boarding process. As a creative and innovative thinker, a strong process owner and collaborative business partner, you deliver both quality service and quality candidates to our business.

Identifies recruiting requirements by working closely with the business partners and business leaders
Partners with management on internal and external recruitment requirements and provides support and guidance on the overall hiring process
Works with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition center of excellence (COE) to implement new recruitment initiatives and programs.
Utilizes best practices in recruitment and selection to attract high quality candidates
Manages the recruitment process and pre-boarding requirements
Provides guidance on labour relations practices and the interpretation of policies, collective agreements, and other related legislation
Provides metrics on full cycle recruitment process
Works with other HR Team members to support a variety of HR initiatives

Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and respond to changing priorities
Proven ability to work effectively and professionally in a dynamic environment while managing multiple client demands and priorities

Education and Experience:
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration/Commerce/ Human resources Management complemented with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role. A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation is considered an asset. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

Technical Knowledge:
Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with HRIS applications (i.e. Oracle) and Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Taleo) would be an asset
