Responsibilities

- Provide multilingual support to serve our diverse clientele.
- Upsell and promote additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service within a retail or hardware environment an asset
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
