The successful candidate will join a diverse research team to work on the Sustainability Metrics Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for data collection and analysis for use in a national scale soil erosion indicator, the SoilERI models, and will assist with updating the models.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
Currently enrolled or willing and eligible to enroll in a Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD program in a recognize post-secondary academic institution with specialization in agri-environmental sciences or a close related field.

Degree equivalency

Experience in agri-environmental related lab or field work.
Experience using program coding in data analysis or modeling.

  • In the context of student recruitment in the Federal Public Service, the experience can be acquired through the studies, work experience, or volunteer activities.
