Busy upscale pub with a thriving catering business requires experienced Sous Chef and Line Cooks to assist the chef with daily culinary operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and duties include daily preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, dressings and assorted food prep. Maintaining a clean workplace that is compliant with current health regulations, taking inventory, receiving deliveries and rotating product. Being able to work without supervision is mandatory, as is being a team leader as well as following directions. We have catering every week from boardroom lunches to weddings to baby showers; experience in catering is an asset.

This position is full time year round however temporary or seasonal employment is also available.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications include Food handling certificate, minimum 2 years cooking experience, drivers license.
