Position Summary
The Spray Foam Technician will be responsible for completing commercial and residential spray foam insulation projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply spray foam insulation according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure quality workmanship on all projects
- Complete required job documentation and safety reporting
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ongoing training
- Work collaboratively with project teams and site personnel
- Maintain compliance with company and job-site safety requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined work areas
- Ability to work in a warmer environment with protective gear on all day
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Physical ability to perform demanding construction-related tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of spray foam application experience
- Spray Foam Installer Certification
- Commercial and residential construction experience
- Leadership or crew lead experience
- Independently manages a company truck and projects
- Familiarity with COR safety programs and procedures
