What You'll Do
As a Sandwich Artist®, you will:
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items quickly and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a great guest experience.
- Explain menu items, promotions, and make recommendations to guests.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Complete cash handling procedures and balance your till during your shift.
- Maintain stocked food preparation areas throughout the day.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dining room, equipment, and washrooms.
- Follow the Subway® Wash, Rinse, Sanitize cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Complete required University of Subway® online training courses.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Some high school education or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset, but no experience is required—we provide full training!
