Responsible for development of rental opportunities in the territory covered.
Responsible for a team of sales rep, major accounts, bids and sales contracts. Also in charge of long term rental deals as well as preventive maintenance.
Manage, motivate his team and ensure that all his employees are developed to their full potential;
Provides leadership and efficient management to meet objectives of: TU (time utilisation) / FU (financial utilisation) / Cost of repairs and maintenance / Percent of revenues / Inventory management / Units specifications and inventory rotation / Health and safety.
Responsible for the engagement and awareness of all his employees of the importance of team work versus working in silos.
Job Qualifications :
University diploma in a relevant field combined to 7 years of experience in similar industry.
Well organised, rigour and discipline.
Sales and customer service oriented, convincing.
Problems solver and results oriented.
Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English).
