Position Overview - RV & Automotive Detailer
We are looking for a motivated and experienced RV & Automotive Detailer to join our dealership team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good understanding of professional detailing, and is comfortable working with polishers, detailing products, and a variety of vehicle surfaces.
You don't need to know everything on day one. Experience with RVs, gel coat, ceramic coatings, decals, and different RV exterior materials is a definite asset, but we are also happy to work with an experienced automotive detailer who is willing to learn and expand their skills into RV detailing.
You'll get to work on a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, RVs and motorhomes. No two days are exactly the same, and there is plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and grow with the dealership.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes ownership of their work, works well with the team, and enjoys seeing a great finished product at the end of the day.

Independence & Accountability
We want someone who can be trusted to take ownership of their work.
You'll have room to work independently, but you'll also be part of a team that is available to help and teach when you're working with something unfamiliar.
When assigned work is complete, we appreciate people who can look around, recognize what needs to be done next, and keep themselves productive.
