Responsibilities
Answer phones and respond to emails
Provide customer service support and route inquiries appropriately
Perform customer order entry and assist with order follow-ups
Track orders and support delivery coordination
Filing, scanning, and data entry
Assist with purchase orders and general office tasks
Support basic accounting administrative tasks
Provide short-term coverage for other office roles as needed
