Provide guests with prompt buffet style breakfast service of food and beverage, utilizing professional interaction.
· Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive guest satisfaction.
· Ensure all food and beverage equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis; ensure that all facilities are cleaned, vacuumed and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume.
· Must be willing to work morning shifts and weekends. Must be able to work rapidly during busy periods while remaining calm and professional.
· Follow shift checklists to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
· Maintain safe working conditions within the Food & Beverage Department and the hotel; adhere to company policies regarding WHMIS, OH&S and fire drills and be aware of the action taken in the event of an emergency (such as fire, flood, bomb threat, etc) as per the SOP Manual
· Perform other duties as assigned.
