Care Possible is a social enterprise where clients seeking self-managed care services like in-home care and respite connect with care providers. Supported by our Customer Experience team, our community of Independent Care Providers delivers exceptional service to clients throughout Manitoba based on their individual needs.
At Care Possible, we value our care community and are dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for caregivers to grow and thrive. Whether you are an experienced Healthcare Aide or a newly certified graduate, we welcome you to join our network of Independent Care Providers.
On behalf of our clients, we are seeking compassionate, dependable, and certified care providers who are passionate about supporting individuals with their daily care needs, enhancing their well-being, and helping them remain engaged, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
Support needs vary by household and may include companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, medication management, errands and check-in visits. An example of an opportunity would be providing care for an elderly person that requires assistance with their daily routine, including household chores, personal care, and meal preparation.
If you think you have the skills and experience to become a critical part of the support network for a family like this, apply today.
