Our client, a leading professional services organization in the legal sector, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal (Corporate Services) to join their team. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be part of the Corporate Services team supporting legal professionals and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$64,800 – $79,380 annually + benefits
- Prepare and manage corporate documentation, including annual resolutions and filings for various entity types.
- Support corporate transactions such as director/officer changes, registered office updates, and name changes.
- Conduct reviews of corporate records and minute books to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation.
- Maintain and update corporate records, including regulatory filings and transparency registers.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries while supporting lawyers and clients with administrative tasks.
- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or Law Clerk within a law firm environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate procedures, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
