Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services and maintaining high standards of sanitation. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional skin care treatments, including facials, body waxing, massages, body treatments, mani-pedi.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools in accordance with industry standards.
- Engage with clients to assess their individual needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
- Foster positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience through excellent communication skills.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with various beauty treatments such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
