Chillin’ Buds is growing and looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Keyholder to support daily operations and deliver top-tier customer service in our Paris location. If you’re confident in sales, love working with people, don't mind studying and learning, and want to grow in a booming retail environment , then this is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Open/close the store & lead shifts with confidence
- Use POS system
- Guide customers through product selection & provide cannabis education
- Achieve sales targets with great customer service and selling techniques
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant
- Support inventory management, digital systems (Google Drive, POS), and team training
- Stay current with cannabis laws, products, and trends
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive, extroverted personality with strong leadership potential
- Proven sales/customer service experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Eager and able to learn training modules
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Google Tasks, Calendar, and POS systems
- Dependable, reliable, punctual, highly organized and professional
- Able to work evenings if required
- Must have their own vehicle
- Must be 19+, have a CannSell certification, and pass a background check
- Valid Ontario driver’s license & reliable transportation
Note: Cannsell Licence can be obtained after formal offer is given to candidate.

Evening & weekend availability may be required
Physical Conditions
- Physical ability and health will be necessary in order to perform physical labor tasks required for the proper management and up-keep of the store
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, mopping, performing repetitive motions, lifting boxes under 15 lbs, opening boxes
