Compensation:
- Top performers can exceed CAD$150k+/year*
Overview: Travel to homes to complete full bath or shower demolition and installation using company vans and equipment. Follow quality focused installation procedures. Install Jacuzzi products as instructed with accuracy. Work with plumber to perform minor plumbing (drain/p-trap adjustments only). Keep job sites spotless upon exit. Walk homeowners through the process throughout the installation.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in bath/shower installs, construction, or carpentry. Comfortable with drywall, wood, and power tools. Basic plumbing knowledge (PEX-B, ABS). Able to lift 75 lbs, bend, and work in tight spaces. Driver’s license with clean record. Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
