Job Summary
Restaurant BANGKOK Express is a vibrant Thai restaurant located in the heart of Montreal. We are known for our authentic Thai cuisine and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate and skilled cook to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional dining experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Thai dishes using traditional recipes and techniques;
- Ensure food quality and safety, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations;
- Assist in planning and developing menus, considering seasonal and local ingredients;
- Maintain kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards;
- Collaborate with restaurant management to set and achieve sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in a Thai restaurant or similar environment;
- Knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Educational level: Secondary - General Course (Diploma) or Vocational school diploma / Certificate
- Years of experience : Minimum 7 to 11 months of experience in a similar position
- Languages asked for: French or English
- Job start date: As soon as possible
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
