Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment across job sites or facilities
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Operate basic machinery or equipment following safety protocols when trained and authorized
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
- Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to maintain a tidy and safe workspace
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures; prior experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Valid transportation or reliable means to reach the work site daily

Pay: $16.34-$28.03 per hour
