MASK FIT TESTING TECHNICIAN (SUBCONTRACTOR)
Concepts in Mental Health and Resilience (CMHR) is seeking a qualified Mask Fit Testing Technician to support our expanding Workplace Health & Safety Services Division.

About Us
CMHR provides workplace mental health consulting, psychotherapy services, health and safety training, and employee wellness programs. We are expanding our occupational health and safety services and are seeking a professional with expertise in respirator fit testing.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mask Fit Technicion (Subcontractor) to deliver qualitative mask fit testing. As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to schedule sessions and work independently while ensuring participants receive comprehensive and engaging instruction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative respirator fit testing
- Educate clients regarding respiratory protection requirements
- Assist organizations with respiratory protection compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and testing records
- Travel to workplaces and healthcare settings as required
- Represent CMHR professionally and ethically
Qualifications
- Experience conducting respirator fit testing
- Knowledge of respiratory protection programs and CSA standards
- Background in healthcare, occupational health, respiratory therapy, nursing, or workplace safety preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
