As a Truck Driver at S&N logistics you will play a crucial role in our transportation team. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various destinations in Ontario and potentially across Canada or the United States, depending on the job requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain a commercial AZ-class truck in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Safely load and unload cargo, ensuring it is secured properly.
- Plan routes, follow schedules, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and transportation regulations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours worked.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid AZ-class driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience.
- Successful pass DOT drug test
- Knowledge roadways and regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Physical fitness

- Experience with long-haul or cross-border driving.
