Position Summary
Axglo is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing product knowledge, technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and service guidance for Axglo's electric golf push carts and golf products.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, a technical mindset, and the ability to support customers, dealers, and service technicians. Chinese language skills are highly preferred to facilitate communication with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide product support and technical assistance for Axglo electric golf push carts, golf push carts, and related accessories.
- Answer customer, dealer, and technician inquiries regarding product features, operation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Guide customers and service technicians through repair and maintenance procedures.
- Process warranty and service-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer support documentation.
- Coordinate replacement parts orders and inventory requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing partners regarding technical issues and product improvements.
- Stay up to date on Axglo products, new product releases, and technical updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, product support, or equipment repair is an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Experience working with consumer electronics, sporting goods, electric mobility products, or golf equipment.
- Familiarity with warranty support and technical service processes.
- Knowledge of golf products and the golf industry is an asset.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
