What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with residential renovation and construction projects
- Site prep, demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Supporting carpenters and skilled trades on active job sites
- Loading/unloading tools and materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Following safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or renovation experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working on active job sites
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with the crew
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
