Job Summary
Are you a self-starter who loves content creation just as much as staying organized? This is a highly flexible, hybrid role that blends general administrative support with hands-on digital marketing.
Please Note: While this position has "Assistant" in the title, we are looking for someone who takes true ownership, exercises independent leadership, and proactively drives actions forward.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be dynamic, spanning both administrative tasks and social media execution:
- Digital Marketing & Content: Source engaging content through online research, draft creative scripts, and manage daily postings across various social media platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Handle incoming client chats, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, mail-checking, basic data entry, document organization, and other general startup operations.
- Project Ownership: Manage assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Social Media Savvy: You don’t need to be an SEO specialist, but you must have an excellent, native-level grasp of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Soft Skills: Must be highly spontaneous, creative, and comfortable thinking on your feet.
- Independence: Proven ability to take responsibility, show leadership, and work autonomously.
- Technical Skills: Strong online research skills and comfort learning new digital tools quickly.
Nice-to-Haves / Assets:
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own car is a strong asset (but not mandatory).
- Availability to work or check-in on weekends is a major plus.
