Millwright Mechanic (433A) – Day Shift

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a skilled and dependable
Millwright Mechanic (433A) to join their maintenance team in Mississauga. This is an

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, heavy equipment, and facility systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Perform equipment diagnostics using PLC software
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Complete welding and fabrication work as required
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with heavy machinery and facility equipment
- Experience with PLC systems considered an asset
- Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset
