Assembly Associate
Buzz Seating is hiring an Assembly Associate to join our team in Cambridge, ON!!
The Assembly Associate is trained in the assembly of commercial chair building process to include picking parts, staging orders, troubleshooting, and assembly. The prospective associate must have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Assembly Associates are non-safety sensitive positions.
All positions work from 7:00AM – 4:00PM Monday – Thursday, 7:00AM – 3:00PM Friday with overtime during weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
Pay starts at $21.00 per hour, possibly more depending on experience.

What are the main responsibilities of an Assembly Associate?
- Working with pneumatic tools to build office chairs
- Responsible for picking parts in accordance with orders
- Coordinate with members of the team to meet production deadlines
- Maintain the work area’s cleanliness and organization
- Responsible for completion and accuracy of orders
- Communicate quality concerns/issues with supervisor
