Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. Duties
* Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards,
*Participate in cold calling potential candidates to generate interest and expand the talent pool.
*Maintain accurate records of applicant data
*Assist in coordinating onboarding activities and training & development programs for new hires.
*Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
*Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for job postings and social media channels.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective lead generation strategies.
*Help manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
*Contribute to maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies related to recruiting.
Requirements
*Completion of bachelor’s or master’s program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences..
*Experience with research techniques for talent sourcing and lead generation activities.
Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills during candidate outreach and interview processes.
*Knowledge of recruiting best practices along with an understanding of employment laws and employee relations principles is advantageous.
