Familiarity with Bell Total Connect
Knowledge of Bell Centrex and Station CM
Must have a Min. 5 years and a strong Telephony background.
Proficient with MS Excel & Word
Possess excellent verbal and written communication Skills
Must have knowledge in internal ticketing systems.
