Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, creativity, and attention to detail to enhance visual appeal
- Ensure all baked goods are prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sterilization and proper packaging of finished products
- Support the restaurant team by providing excellent customer service through prompt and friendly interactions
- Follow all food industry guidelines for hygiene, safety, and quality control to uphold our reputation for excellence
Skills
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and pastry presentation
- Previous restaurant or bakery experience with hands-on food preparation skills
